We repair and rebuild a long list of different turbochargers, Most Journal bearing and ball bearing models on the market.
Rebuilds Start at $250, and may vary depending on the specific make and model. This includes:

Inspection: We will disassemble, inspect, and identify failed components or reason for failure.
Cleaning/Tolerance checks: Next is cleaning the Housings and reusable wheels. Checking Ring seal grooves and bearing bores for oil clearance and honing to proper size.
Assembly/Balance: Prior to assembly the bearing housing and turbine housing are coated for corrosion prevention. No one likes their freshly rebuilt turbo corroding after the first few days in the elements.
Each turbo is rebuilt with New journals bearings, Thrust bearing, Gas control ring seals, Thrust collars, and O-rings.
All Journal bearing rotor groups are 2 plane balanced
All ball bearing CHRA's are VSR balanced.
Rebuild turnaround time varies between different types of turbos.
When sending in your turbo please pack it securely, and tight in a properly sized box. We are not responsible for shipping damage, and will notify you if your turbo shows up damaged from shipping.
We offer multiple types of turbo upgrades. Upgraded Compressor wheel, turbine wheel, bearing, and wastegates.
All upgrades require a rebuild to be performed at the same time.
We exclusively use KTS compressor wheels for all of our billet compressor wheel upgrades. They have the largest selection of compressor wheels on the planet!
Typical wheel upgrades are $150, plus any machine work cost associated.
